To represent the Czech manufacturer of coal mining equipment Hansen Electric, spol. s r. o. in a pre-trial settlement of a EUR 430,000 monetary dispute.
Patriot.Legal team leads the project on pre-trial settlement of the dispute on monetary obligation of the Ukrainian company to the Czech company Hansen Electric, spol. s r. o. in the amount of 430 thousand euro. At the end of 2021 Hansen Electric, spol. s r. o. supplied production equipment for coal mining. However, the Ukrainian company has not fulfilled its monetary obligation to pay for the supplied equipment.
In order to fulfill a monetary obligation and avoid legal costs for the client in the consideration of the dispute by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (Kyiv), Patriot Legal implemented a pre-trial settlement of the dispute.
